I want to take a university class. How can I be sure it will be accepted for salary movement?

Human Resources accepts graduate level university classes for salary movement automatically.
If the class is and undergraduate level class, you must apply for Independent Study credit
through this office. Human Resources will accept undergrad credits for certain Spanish and
technology classes. Check with Human Resources to make sure your class is acceptable. The
Independent Study applications can be found at the District Web Site at
Office of Professional Web Site

Choose “Types of PD Models” under “Credit Applications” at the top and then under “Applications” choose the
model you want. Credit > St. Vrain Credit > Applications
