Be sure that your LogOnID is the first four letters of your last name and the last four numbers of your social security number. (Unless you have less than 4 letters, then use your entire last name.)
Jane Smith whose Social Security Number is 123 45 6789 would have a LogOn ID of smit6789.
Please note that all letters are lower case. Unless you have changed your password, it is initially set to be the same as your LogOnID
