St. Vrain School District Online Professional Development Management System

Registration Help

 

Follow the steps below to use the St. Vrain School District Professional Development System.

  1. Click on Logon.

 

  1. Enter your Username (first four letters of your last name and the last four digits of your social security number) and Password (the default is the first four letters of your last name and the last four digits of your social security number). If you have changed the password, use your own choice.
     

  2. The next screen will state that you have successfully logged on to the Professional Development Management system.  
     

  3. You may now choose to view courses by: Category, Alphabetically order, Month, Location or Interest.
     
      
     

  4. Click view by Alpha.
     

  5. An alphabetized list of courses will appear.  Available courses are noted by the letter [A].
     

  6. Click the course title to view the available sessions.
     

     

  7. To choose an available session, make sure the status is marked Open.  Then click on the session date.

  8. Click on the date of the session for which you wish to register.
     

  9. Read the description, learner outcomes, and prerequisites.  Participants must attend all sessions and successfully complete the expected outcomes in order to receive credit for a course.
     

  10. Click Registration Form

  11. Please correct any personal information that may need to be changed.  If the correct answer choice is not available in the popup menus, please choose N/A.
     

      

  12. Use the Special Needs/ Comments/ Requests field to convey any additional information that the course instructor may need to know.

  13. If the credit option you select has a cost, you must choose credit card, building transfer (in district personnel), purchase order (out of district personnel, or coupon (only for new hires).  If you want to pay with a personal check or cash, you MUST go to the Office of Professional Development with your payment to complete your registration.
     

  14. Click Submit Registration.

  15. This completes the registration process.  An email will be sent to you when your registration is confirmed.  Confirmations will be sent to the email address you entered in your personal record. 
     
    *****NOTE: You are not actually enrolled in a course until the registration has been Confirmed.
      

  16. Please print this page to keep for your records.
     

  17. If for some reason you are unable to attend the course, you must unregister at least ONE week prior to the start of the course to allow those on waiting list an opportunity to attend.
     
    To Unregister from a class that HAS NO FEE, choose Unregister from classes on the Professional Development Management homepage.

To Unregister from a class for which you PAID A FEE, you must contact Jean Jennings in the Office of Professional Development.

  1. To view the courses for which you have registered you may click on View Transcript from the Professional Development Management homepage..
     

  2. When finished using the Professional Development Management System, click Log off and close your browser.
